Czech Media-backed IMI to acquire Editis from Vivendi.

Czech Media-backed IMI, an investment company, agreed to acquire Editis, a group of publishing companies, from Vivendi, a mass media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Czech Media Invest is a holding company that focuses on the acquisition and management of media assets across CEE. Founded and majority owned by the Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, its interests are predominantly in the print and radio sectors but also include the streaming service Mall.TV.
