Hidden Harbor Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Island Pump and Tank.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a private equity firm with an operations soul and intense passion for building great companies, completed the acquisition of Island Pump and Tank, a provider of maintenance, environmental, construction, and alternative energy services to fuel retailers and government agencies in the Northeastern United States, and Advanced Waste Water Treatment,a specialist in wastewater treatment and disposal services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It was essential for us to find a partner with deep operational experience and one who shares our vision for the Company. Prior to the transaction, Hidden Harbor’s portfolio operations group invested significant time and effort to implement meaningful operational improvements to the business. Frank and I are excited about the next chapter in the Company’s history,” said John DiAndrea, Island Pump Co-CEO.
