CVC Capital Partners, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Samator Indo Gas, an industrial gas company, for $155m. “CVC Funds’ investment in a home-grown, family-owned business is a testament to the quality and strength of the business developed throughout its long heritage.
