Adagia Partners and Bpifrance to completed the acquisition of ADHETEC from Alvest.

Private equity firms Adagia Partners and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of ADHETEC, an industrial adhesive solutions provider, from Alvest, an industrial equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to the customer centric culture of its team, ADHETEC managed to continuously grow and develop since its incorporation.
