Cosmos Health, a global healthcare group with proprietary lines of nutraceuticals and distributor of pharmaceuticals, branded generics, OTC medications and medical devices, agreed to acquire ZipDoctor, a direct-to-consumer subscription-based telemedicine platform from American International Holdings, a diversified holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely pleased to announce that we have completed the next step by signing the SPA.
