NSM Insurance Group completed the acquisition of subsidiaries of ELMC Risk Solutions from J.C. Flowers.

NSM Insurance Group, an insurance company, completed the acquisition of subsidiaries of ELMC Risk Solutions, an insurance brokerage and financial services provider, from J.C. Flowers, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
