JENSEN-GROUP to acquire a 49% stake in Inax from MIURA.

JENSEN-GROUP, a heavy-duty laundry machine manufacturer, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Inax, a manufacturing and distribution company for heavy-duty laundry equipment, from MIURA. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We started our Go East strategy a long time ago. This Joint-Venture is the culmination of many years of hard work and dedication.
