Autodesk, a developer of 3D design software, completed the acquisition of UNIFI Labs, a BIM content management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. Autodesk’s acquisition of UNIFI has not been completed; the completion of the acquisition is uncertain and is subject to various closing conditions.
