Brookfield Renewable completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in X-ELIO from KKR.

Brookfield Renewable, a publicly traded limited partnership that owns and operates renewable power assets, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in X-ELIO, a global renewable developer, from KKR, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "X-ELIO is a business we know well following our initial investment and we are thrilled to continue to support this leading global platform with significant growth ahead.
