XEFI, a technological company, completed the acquisition of DropCloud, a digital cloud based company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of DropCloud will allow the XEFI to complete its range of solutions for its large fleet of customers whose infrastructures it manages," Sacha Rosenthal, XEFI Director.
