Securian Financial completed the acquisition of Enspire.

Securian Financial, a mutual holding company that provides a range of financial products and services, completed the acquisition of Enspire, an employee communication and engagement platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will accelerate Empyrean’s mission of connecting benefits and enriching lives while helping clients build their own culture through benefits,” Sid Gandhi, Securian Financial Executive Vice President.
