Warburg Pincus backed Parksons Packaging, an industrial packaging solutions provider, completed the acquisition of MK Printpack, a manufacturer of paper and foldable cartons. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome MK Printpack to the Parksons family.
