Al finans, a financial lending solutions provider completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in SIXT Danmark, a rental car company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment entails a strategic business cooperation that both AL Finans and SIXT Denmark can benefit from through a joint increased volume and more competitive prices due to the strengthening of the purchasing and sales side.
