Halma completed the acquisition of FirePro for €150m.

Halma, a global group of safety equipment companies, completed the acquisition of FirePro, a designer and manufacturer of aerosol fire suppression systems, for €150m ($162m). “Fire safety technology plays a key role in protecting people and their environment.
