LT Capital completed the investment in IH Group.

LT Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in IH Group, a manufacturer of standard and special hydraulic jacks. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operation allows the continuation of family transmission. Brice Bracquart will gradually withdraw from operations to allow his brother Tom Bracquart, who has been in the group for more than 10 years, to take over management.
