Stefanini Group completed the acquisition of Safeway Consultancy.

Stefanini Group, a private Brazilian multinational, service and software provider, completed the acquisition of Safeway Consultancy, an information security company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our cybersecurity offer is strategic, and we have an aggressive investment plan for the coming years.
