Tata Capital, a financial and investment service provider, agreed to merge with Tata Capital Financial Services, the arm focuses in retail, corporate, and, institutional customers, and Tata Cleantech Capital, an infrastructure finance company offering funding and advisory solution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
