RHI Magnesita to acquire Dalmia GSB Refractories from Dalmia Bharat Refractories for €13m.

RHI Magnesita, a supplier of refractory products, systems and services, agreed to acquire Dalmia GSB Refractories, a supplier of monolithic lances and other precast products, from Dalmia Bharat Refractories, a manufacturer of refractories, for €13m. “I am pleased to report continued momentum in the execution of our M&A strategy through this acquisition from the Dalmia Bharat Group in Europe. Steel flow control is a market we have targeted for growth and this acquisition will bring additional benefits to our customers as we broaden the technologies and solutions we can offer to them,” Stefan Borgas, RHI Magnesita CEO.
