RHI Magnesita, a supplier of refractory products, systems and services, agreed to acquire Dalmia GSB Refractories, a supplier of monolithic lances and other precast products, from Dalmia Bharat Refractories, a manufacturer of refractories, for €13m. “I am pleased to report continued momentum in the execution of our M&A strategy through this acquisition from the Dalmia Bharat Group in Europe.
