Scandinavian Enviro Systems and Antin Infrastructure Partners to form a joint venture.

Scandinavian Enviro Systems, a designer and manufacturer of environmental control systems that provide a safe and comfortable cabin environment, and Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to form a joint venture to create the world’s first large-scale tire recycling group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very proud and pleased with today’s announcement which represents a significant recognition of Enviro’s technological and market leadership in recycling of tires.
