JIC Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Hitachi Astemo, an automotive components manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. After the Transaction, Hitachi and Honda would each own the rest 40% stake in Hitachi Astemo.
