FG Bros completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AR Lenoble from the Malassagne family.

FG Bros, the Frère Gallienne family holding, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AR Lenoble, a traditional champagne house, from the Malassagne family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
