Faros Investimentos to merge with Messem.

Faros Investimentos, a brokerage firm, agreed to merge with Messem, a financial education and advisory services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There is great complementarity between Messem and Faros, which led to the merger of activities. The first has great expertise in high income and retail, while the second stands out in the private and wealth management segment,” Mauro Silveira, Messem CEO.
