Pulsen-backed Releasy Customer Management, a provider of outsourced customer service, completed the acquisition of Nesenta Group, a full-service customer care outsourcing provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Nesenta allows Releasy to continue its successful growth strategy and expands our Nordic reach.
