OTR completed the acquisition of five Puma service stations from Chevron Australia Downstream.

OTR, a retailer, completed the acquisition of five Puma service stations at Howard Springs, Humpty Doo, Palmerston, Nightcliff and Whishart Road from Chevron Australia Downstream, an integrated energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OTR is looking forward to entering the northern Australian market and becoming part of the local community.
