Roca Group, a company that designs, produces and markets products for bathroom spaces, completed the acquisition of Madeli, a company that produces bathroom furniture and mirrors. Financial terms were not disclosed. For the group, this is a strategic move due to the complementarity of Madeli's portfolio with its current catalog of products for the bathroom space, in a market where furniture is the decisive element that drags the purchase of the rest of the bathroom products.
