Roca Group, a company that designs, produces and markets products for bathroom spaces, completed the acquisition of Madeli, a company that produces bathroom furniture and mirrors. Financial terms were not disclosed. For the group, this is a strategic move due to the complementarity of Madeli's portfolio with its current catalog of products for the bathroom space, in a market where furniture is the decisive element that drags the purchase of the rest of the bathroom products. In addition, the acquisition will allow the Roca Group company to have 500 new points of sale in the USA, with the will to continue with the growth of Madeli.
