Auxo Investment Partners to acquire Martinus Bottom Line.

Auxo Investment Partners, an investment company, agreed to acquire Martinus Bottom Line, a full-service railway infrastructure company that builds and maintains large scale railroads and intermodals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
