Enovis to acquire the Novastep business of PAI Partners-backed Amplitude Surgical.

Enovis, a medical technology company, agreed to acquire the Novastep business of PAI Partners-backed Amplitude Surgical, a French player on the surgical technology market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The signing of this agreement for the sale of 100% of Novastep to Enovis will allow Amplitude Surgical to maximize the value creation of its historical activity while continuing its growth trajectory.
