Irwin Mitchell Asset Management completed the acquisition of Andrews Gwynne.

Irwin Mitchell Asset Management, a legal and financial advisor, based in offices across the UK and with an international presence, completed the acquisition of Andrews Gwynne, a provider of investment management, pensions, tax, trust, and wealth management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of the Andrews Gwynne team gives us the opportunity to attract more clients from outside of Irwin Mitchell who come direct for our wealth management and investment planning services – as well as adding capacity and capability for existing Irwin Mitchell clients.
