Sonic Healthcare, a Sydney-based, Australian company that provides laboratory services, pathology, and radiology services, agreed to acquire Diagnosticum, one of the largest clinical and anatomical pathology laboratory groups operating in the South East of Germany, around the city of Dresden, for €190m.
