nVent completed the acquisition of ECM Industries from Sentinel Capital Partners for $1.1bn.

nVent, a provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, completed the acquisition of ECM Industries, a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical products for construction and maintenance, irrigation and landscape supply, from Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for $1.1bn. “I am excited to welcome the ECM team to nVent.
