BDR Thermea completed the acquisition of Eurevia from Uniglory Industrial.

BDR Thermea, a manufacturer of smart indoor climate solutions, completed the acquisition of Eurevia, a French developer and manufacturer of ducted heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial new builds, as well as cruise ships, from Uniglory Industrial, a wholesaler and distributor of non-durable goods. Financial terms were not disclosed.
