ASL Aviation completed the acquisition of Pionair.

ASL Aviation, a global aviation services provider headquartered in Ireland, completed the acquisition of Pionair, a passenger and cargo airline based at Bankstown Airport in Sydney. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Expansion into the Australian and Oceania markets was a logical step for ASL as we develop our services globally to meet the needs of our customers.
