Arlington Capital-backed BlueHalo completed the acquisition of Verus Technology Group.

Arlington Capital-backed BlueHalo, a provider of critical capabilities and technologies across space, air, and cyber domains, completed the acquisition of Verus Technology Group, an aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
