Mearthane Products completed the acquisition of Whitefield Plastics.

Mearthane Products, a manufacturer of custom formulated and fabricated open-cast, thermoset polyurethane components, completed the acquisition of Whitefield Plastics, a manufacturer of high performance polyurethane products for onshore energy applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “WPC expands MPC’s footprint both geographically and into end markets that are new to us. Their ISO-9001-certified manufacturing facility broadens our capabilities to manufacture very large and complex parts and adds to our growing list of proprietary material formulations. In particular, WPC has developed unique urethane formulations that can withstand extremely high temperatures and pressures seen in energy applications,” Pete Kaczmarek, Mearthane Products CEO.
