Liaise, a provider of specialist care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and other complex needs, completed the acquisition of eight new homes from Jeesal Residential Care Services Group, a provider of complex care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome to Liaise these well-established homes.
