Wilde Group to acquire Miss Sophie's.

Wilde Group, a supplier of cosmetics and care products for hand, nail, foot and body care, agreed to acquire Miss Sophie's, an online cosmetic shop for nail paints and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the partnership with Wilde Group, its long experience in beauty and the group’s operational resources, Miss Sophie will continue to expand, enter new markets, grow its B2B business and work on expanding its product range.
