Brookfield to acquire a Moonlight Range wind farm from Greenleaf Renewables.

Brookfield, an investment management company, agreed to acquire a Moonlight Range wind farm from Greenleaf Renewables, a specialist Australian renewable energy project development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Moonlight Range Wind Farm will be the first of many renewable power projects for Brookfield in Australia as we expand our presence in this market,” Luke Edwards, Brookfield Managing Director.
