CAPZA-backed Magellan Partners, a company that provides venture and advisory services for emerging growth companies, completed the acquisition of Adone Conseil, a company that is a provider of management consulting services intended for fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, tourism, specialized distribution, financial and other sectors.
