PROMAN completed the acquisition of PeopleShare from Trivest Partners.

PROMAN, a staffing firm for the light industrial and construction industries, completed the acquisition of PeopleShare, a clerical and light industrial workforce solutions provider, from Trivest Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about this partnership as it aligns with our company culture and values of family and success.
