Synopsis

PROMAN, a staffing firm for the light industrial and construction industries, completed the acquisition of PeopleShare, a clerical and light industrial workforce solutions provider, from Trivest Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about this partnership as it aligns with our company culture and values of family and success. This further strengthens our US presence," Roland Gomez, PROMAN Group President.
