Franchise Brands completed the acquisition of Pirtek Europe from PNC Riverarch Capital for £212m.

Franchise Brands, a group of international multi-brand franchisors, completed the acquisition of Pirtek Europe, a provider of on-site hydraulic hoses and fittings replacement, from PNC Riverarch Capital, a private equity firm, for £212m. "The Acquisition brings an established business of scale with an attractive financial profile and growth prospects and will significantly expand the Group’s range of B2B services, customer base and end markets," Franchise Brands.
