LCM Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the non-performing credit portfolio of UniCredit, a banking services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The portfolio sale is a part of the overall UniCredit Group's strategy to keep non-performing exposure ("NPE") at minimal levels.
