Webster Equity Partners-backed Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance, an alliance of plastic and reconstructive surgeons completed the acquisition of CimiSurgical, a company that provides plastic and reconstructive surgery. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CimiSurgical is one of the premier pediatric and craniofacial reconstruction practices in the country.
