Liberty Energy completed the acquisition of Siren Energy for $78m.

Liberty Energy, an oilfield services firm, completed the acquisition of Siren Energy, a Permian focused integrated natural gas compression and CNG delivery busines, for $78m. “Liberty’s digiTechnologiesSM bring the highest thermal efficiency and lowest emissions solutions to the market.
