Summit Partners, a private equity firm, and Peugeot Invest, a long-term investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Doctirne, a provider of legal intelligence solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Legal professionals across the globe are struggling to keep up with the proliferation of available legal data.
