Qualitas Energy, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the German onshore wind development business of DunoAir, a renewable energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to join forces with DunoAir, a company with which we share a commitment to the transition to a decarbonized economy.
