Credit Suisse, a provider of banking services completed the acquisition of Brazil Logistics FII, a fund with properties that are classified as last-mile logistics facilities, from GTIS Partners, a global real estate investment, for BRL1.37bn. With the completion of this acquisition, CSHG Logística now holds 100% of the revenues arising from the exploitation of logistics assets, which totals the nominal value of BRL9m considering the combined gross leasable area of ​​the assets of 337km². The distribution per quota, considering the current number of CSHG Logística quotas, is BRL0.28 per quota.
