Ludoil Energy completed the acquisition of Isecold.

Ludoil Energy, a petroleum and lubricant company, completed the acquisition of Isecold, an energy logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of Ludoil's strategy to consolidate its value chain and strengthen its presence in central-southern Italy. Similar to other logistics facilities, expansion works are planned for Isecold's coastal depot to increase storage capacity, with a particular focus on sustainable fuels and operations geared towards a green perspective.
